Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

To initiate a return, customers must obtain Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from customer service at Guardian Environmental Technologies, Inc. within 10-days of the purchase date.  Products be unused and in their original packaging for returns to be accepted.  Customers are responsible for paying freight return charges and a 25% restocking fee, unless the return is due to freight damage by our freight forwarder.

Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the return item is received, inspected and has met all return requirements. It is important to notify a customer service representative and secure an RGA number before returning any product.

To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact and receive confirmation of request to cancel from customer service at Guardian Environmental Technologies, Inc. within 3-days of the purchase date.

Guardian Environmental Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns or cancellations.
